Vice-President
Mr. Allred's background with the Wyoming Highway Department, the U.S. Forest
Service and as a math and science teacher provides a very broad base of
practical experience. He has been with Donnell & Allred, Inc. since 1976
and became a partner-owner in 1995. Mr. Allred is ultimately responsible for
all of the surveying activities. Licensed as a professional land surveyor in
1979 and as a professional civil engineer in 1983, he has worked on virtually
every type of project, from multi-million dollar pipelines and structures to
small municipal and urban systems projects. Mr. Allreds expertice as a land
surveyor provides our clients with efficient and timely surveys.

MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING
Basin Town Engineer since 1988. Supervised the design and
construction of over 10 miles of paved streets, a recent
pedestrian bridge and bike path project to provide safe
travel for the towns residents and numerous water line, sewer
projects and other municipal improvements.

CITY OF WORLAND ARTESIAN WATER LINE
Project Inspector and surveyor on the 24-plus mile City of
Worland Artesian Water Transmission Line. This multi-million
dollard project included a river crossing, combination
air/vacuum valves every 1/4 mile, and blow-off structures
with erosion control and line valves.

HANOVER IRRIGATION DISTRICT REHABILITATION
Surveyor and construction engineer for $1.2 million Hanover
Irrigation District Rehabilitation. This project involved the
construction of 15 new canal structures including bridges,
side channel wasteways, checks, inverted siphons,
underpasses, canal realignment and lining, plus structural
rehabilitation of numerous reinforced concrete and timber
structures. The construction was all accomplished over the
winter on an accelerated schedule involving simultaneous
construction at multiple locations.

WYOMING BOYS SCHOOL WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION
Engineer and surveyor on 5-plus mile water and sewer
extension to the Wyoming Boys School, including a 300,000
gallon Hydropillar water storage tank. This project involved
coordinating the installation of side-by-side water and sewer
lines. The sewer line was a mixture of several sections of
force mains and gravity mains.

EARLY EXPERIENCE
Chief Inspector for numerous projects for the Wyoming Highway
Department. Also served as project inspector and construction
engineer for the U.S. Forest Service.
